Where we ship
Right now I ship within the United States only.
Personalized items: 3–5 business days of production
Personalized items take 3–5 business days of production before shipping. That's the time it takes to print, stitch, or engrave your piece and check it by eye before it goes out. If your order mixes personalized and non-personalized items, I ship everything together once the personalized pieces are ready.
Non-personalized items
Balls, overgrips, edge guard tape, and scorekeeper bands ship as soon as they're ready to go.
Shipping cost
You'll see your shipping cost at checkout before you pay. No surprises.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking so you can watch it come to you.

Damaged in transit?
Email me a photo and your order number and I'll replace it. See the refund policy for details.
