Hi, it's Lucy. Pickles and Padel is a small pickleball shop based in Naples, Florida, and this page explains, in plain words, what information I collect when you shop with us, why, and what you can do about it. Our store runs on Shopify.

What I collect

Contact and order details: your name, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses, and what you order.
Personalization details: the names, text, initials, photos, or logos you send me so I can make your piece.
Payment details: handled by our payment processors. I never see or store your full card number.
Account details: if you create an account, your login and preferences.
Messages: anything you send me by email or chat.
Device and usage details: your browser, device, IP address, and how you use the site, collected through cookies and similar tools.

Why I use it

To make, personalize, ship, and support your order.
To answer your questions and handle returns or problems.
To keep the store secure and prevent fraud.
To send you news and offers by email or text, only if you've said yes. You can unsubscribe any time.
To improve the store and meet legal requirements.

Who I share it with

Only the people who help me run the shop: Shopify, payment processors, the production partners who print and stitch your items, shipping carriers, and marketing and analytics tools. I don't sell your personal information for money. Shopify and some marketing partners may use information about your activity to show you relevant ads. Depending on where you live, you can opt out of that here. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, I treat it as an opt-out request.

Shopify hosts this store and processes information about your use of it. You can read how Shopify handles your information in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and use the Shopify Privacy Portal.

Your photos and logos

Files you send for personalization are used only to make your order. I don't share them for any other purpose or post them anywhere without asking you first.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask me to show you, correct, delete, or hand over a copy of the personal information I hold about you, or to stop using it for targeted advertising. Email me and I'll help. I may need to confirm it's really you first, and I won't treat you differently for asking.

Kids

This store isn't meant for children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of majority where they live.

Keeping it safe

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is perfect. I keep your information only as long as I need it to serve you, run the business, and meet legal obligations. Your information may be stored or processed outside the country you live in.
